How in the world do I get in touch with support?
Mk3 bought via eBay. In PERFECT condition and is USELESS until the "serial number already registered" ****** is resolved. Went on NI support website where a chatbot said a ticket was created and would be emailed to me but havent received squat.

Did you get a licence transfer ID from the seller? They should have provided you with one when you bought the unit. If they didn't you can try asking for it? They need to follow the instructions on this page - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/210288845-Buying-or-Selling-a-Native-Instruments-Product-Second-Hand
