What can I do about it ? i have the hardware but it cant be used, i need help please.
If the seller owned the Maschine then they should have it registered in their account, so they should be able to generate a transfer ID for it.
If they insist they can't generate the transfer ID then you can buy the Maschine software on it's own, although at the moment you can only buy the Maschine 3 software and you need Maschine 2 for a MK2 Maschine.

The seller must ASK for Transfer License, only then he will have it.

I can’t count the times I push “Post Comment” to then see somebody’s else answer appear…
