Maschine+ not connecting to NativeId

Hello,

I am trying to begin using my brand new Maschine +.

I successfully connected to wifi network and I am trying to connect to my native Id account.

The device does not load QR code and it does not allow me to log to my native ID account.

Do you have suggestions to fix the issue?
