Isotopes ordering process is about as friendly as a guillotine.

Ordering the product was full of endless and worthless options, many texts to read, updates sent by email but never mentioned..The frist thing I did was to setup a profile and a payment option. Then I selected the RX11 product, This took me to the order form, but there were no options to do anything. The paying options were not usable. So I starting pressing all icons and buttons. The one that worked was the "continue shopping,"  but it didn't. It was the true order form and I was able to supply payments and complete the sale.
The order suddenly had all the free stuff. Downloads started, The first was a menu program that had all the programs and its status. At the end there were three promgrams whos status was set to "open." RX11, as well as the rest were set to "Installed" and greyed out. So I'm going to have to debug the intall application and see if I can find anything to move forward. Anyhelp welcomed

By "menu program", you probably mean Native Access.

If an entry says "Open", it means that it's a standalone app (which may also have a plug-in version for a DAW as well). "Installed" means it's a plug-in only.

Just to add to @Monochrome's answer, you'll fine the RX11 plugins under the heading "Restoration" if your DAW lists them in categories. You should see a standalone version of RX11 as well. On the Mac it's "iZotope RX 11 Audio Editor", so probably be similar on Windows.
