How do I get hardware connection service in my Native Access account when the hardware serial number is already registered for an Kontrol s49 MK3?

Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8here : My Product is Missing in Native Access and then check Library tab Available if Not Installed already

How Can I Use My Kontrol S-Series MK3 on a Different Computer?

Else if the above suggested does not work then it is a N.A. bug and you have to contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and ask them for either a bug fix or a direct download.
