Does anyone have good sound on Mashine mk3 with win 11?

What's a good sound? Define your issue properly, state versions, audio interface, and settings or no one will be able to guess what's happening over there.

My sound is clipping and crackling. I use a brandnew acer notebbook with 12th gen Intel a7 16gb win 11 version 24h2 using the mashine interface via usb. I have tried all sample rates buffers etc. and even another mashine hardware. The latency monitor showed no issues. I set all power preferences to max performance and there is absolutely no performance issue.

Is your volume turned up too loud?

No, and its not clipping into red

If not used then try downloading and using the latest sound driver by the notebook manufacturer as opposed to what is supplied by Windows update (Please notice that Windows update might persist in trying to 'update' the driver). Also generally it's a good idea to use latest intel.inf and latest manufacturer device BIOS. (utmost care must be taken when updating a computer BIOS since it can brick a computer if things go wrong).

What audio interface driver? ASIO? If its ASIO4ALL like @6xes asked then uninstall it.

another consideration concerning affects of a OS & applications , that can have a indirect impact on Maschine…
is that there are occasions where a application, that you have denied access to the Net or to your OS, can impact your PC's performance and indirectly maschine…
example:
a application running in the background, with denied access… will constantly send out a system request for access, this constantly occurs in the background, ….now when Maschine is in full motion & playing, the order of processing is such that if Maschine is at first playing but the load of maschine is high enough, eventually the load from maschine will cause the audio buffer to kick in to compensate…. but now imagine a system request from a background application constantly sending that request, the buffer will slowly but inevitably fall behind in processing, this indirect affect of background processes & system requests denied is something i had come across today…. (this is what i would term audio crackle creep)
As far as the practical applications of what i've mentioned goes, it simply pays not to have applications running in the background period, if you wish to eliminate any possibility that it is clashing with your audio&maschine, thus this eliminates any possible system requests occurring in the background when background applications are concerned

Many thanks for trying to help. I checket everithing instead of changing my bios. It still sounds the same. The next step will be to visit the computer doc. I already consulted the workshop of the mashine seller but noone could help me. Normally i use a dawless computerfree setup and now i know again why i hate computers…
I reaaly like the workflow of the mashine and hope i can use it one day…

Back at musicstore the salesman told me thats just how maschine sounds!?
If this is the maschine sound its just ******.
I ask again if anyone has no issues with maschine mk3 on windows 11?

If you don't answer the questions asked no one will be able to help… Take a print screen of the audio settings if you don't know what Audio Interface means.
The salesman is brainless if he says that audio that is "clipping and crackling" is normal, perhaps its time to retire for him.
