I’ve tried reinstalling Kontakt 8 & the Tools category is empty. Where are Chords & Phrases?
Please reset Kontakt's database, as shown in these article: Kontakt Crashes
Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ?
Else then try uninstalling Kontakt 8 again ,
then run the N.I. reg tool to remove any Kontakt 8 remnants
Then reboot
Then try installing the KONTAKT 8.1.0 from the download (in case of download problems then try logging in into Google first, if that don't help the copy the download to own Google drive before the download)
