2 major issues! New updated Kontakt Instruments not working + Kontakt 8 not in Native Access

There are 2 major issues that I am having. First off, I updated several kontakt instruments and didn't realize that they only work with Kontakt 8? I have the A49 keyboard and Komplete Kontrol is only Kontakt 7 (from the version I can see on Native Access?) This is a big problem because now I can't use Analog Dreams or Ethereal Earth with Komplete Kontrol? Also Kontakt 8 is not showing up on my Native Access so I had to ask the help desk to send me the DL, which they did. I have Komplete 15 Standard FYI. When I have older songs that I load up with Ethereal Earth, using Kontakt 7, it says that my version of Kontakt is too old. There are no older DL versions of the instruments and that is a big problem for many of us. I did find a thread with Kontakt 6 versions on here, but would be nice to have the Kontakt 7 versions. It would be easy to have the older versions on Native Access and not sure why they don't do that cause with these new updates a lot of users will be having problems, especially if you don't update Komplete Kontrol to Kontact 8!

Ok so I realized that the Ethereal Earth DL is an ISO and now says that I need to run it from the original DVD? So someone please send me the DL for Ethereal Earth 2.1.0 installer.

This is the only page with the older versions of Kontakt instruments and they are ISO's that can't be used with virtual drives and seems that they need to be on an original DVD? Previous versions of recently updated Kontakt libraries / compatibility with K6 older libraries - Page 3 — Community (native-instruments.com)

Quote : How to mount an iso file. Once downloaded, you need to click on the iso file, the installer should show on your desktop, open, then right-click the pkg file, choose open, when the message "...installer can't be opened" choose Open. It's the same on Ventura, we never had any issue, we tested this installer again, it's working fine. Sorry you had to goin to such complicated territorry, just a right-click would have madethe difference.

Ok I got the ISO to work with a virtual drive! These are for Kontakt 6 and would be nice if they had the ones for Kontakt 7. For the updated versions, they should say that you need Kontakt 8 so that you won't have to go through the trouble of reinstalling old versions. I'm still not sure why they haven't released Komplete Kontrol for Kontakt 8. These guys are really dropping the ball and their desk support person was a low level person that didn't know much and sent me to continue the thread via email and no one has gotten back to me in 2 days.

No active efforts for integration in KK 2.9.6 is coming , you can read Matthew's comment here. Ask Kontakt 8 creators anything - Page 21 — Community (native-instruments.com)

Otherwise then quote Kymeia : Actually that is no longer entirely the case, I'm pleased to say that all the Kontakt 8 libraries I have including Conflux are now loading in KK 2.9.6 from the browser. It was the case that Conflux, Porphya and Kithara were giving me error messages when I tried loading them from the KK 2.9.6 browser when K8 first came out (although they did still work when loaded via the Kontakt 8 browser) but it looks like NI have fixed that (I guess in a Kontakt update as they haven't updated KK itself since 2.9.6). So thanks to NI for doing that!

btw Leap kits do also work in 2.9.6 but for those you have to load them from the Kontakt browser - but that is the same with KK3, so the 2 KK versions at the moment seem to have parity with respect to loading Kontakt 8.
