Problem with products shown after subscription change.

🍊 The notification with orange circle and an explanation mark, regards subscription change, demo mode and expired instruments.
Does NA help uninstall these said demo/expired instruments?
Also furthermore Native access was displaying products while not owned because NOW/360 subscription trial had ended. I wrote to support and got that part sorted recently thankfully.

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS
For 'Missing products in Native Access then the standard support article is this : resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
If owned products shows as demo in Native Access then the standard support article is this : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files'

Thanks, I'll reset the XML file now, did not fix it.
Just to clarify further the problem, product missing from NA2, product shows as full on NA1 and it runs as normal on Logic,
product is on NA1 and not on NA2.
Currently got a ticket with customer support.

It's the same on a new HP laptop Microsoft machine and iMac Apple both intel, NA2 glitched missing product. It seems the problem is on the NI side.
Product has no title and is unable to download. Support tell me the VST3 Super 8 is discontinued and I should go back to NA1 to to install version 1, and run it in Reactor? not sure if there is a misunderstanding, I run it in VST3, though maybe running it in reactor may fix the NA2 problem, I’ll try that.
Earlier in problem solving, customer support had me re install it manually on my iMac to try resolve the issue with NA2, this actually did not fix NA2, same problem, though it did appear to downgrade my product from 2.1 (R26) to 1.9 (R14) , support found it strange that my version was later ? As they could not see a V2 on their side only a V.1
The strip across the top has different theme, and it now has the name of the instrument twice ?

Sorry that your issue persists.
Alas then we Moderators in the forum gets as good as no information on technical topics that are not also available to the general public so Support are those that have the most insight and resources.
So you need to keep working with Support to get the issues fixed and give them a chance to elevate the issue to developer assist level if need be, but you only get there by responding promptly to support including clearing up any misunderstandings that Support may get.

Update, after moving to another intel iMac, S8 R2 is missing from NA, customer support kindly provided me with S8 R2 1.9.0 manual download installation and it successfully installed and is activated and functioning as normal yippy! 👍
