Cant use my Kontakt 8 Voucher (Worth £89) as the order got stuck
Hi there,
I have reached out to Native Instruments, but after over a week I have not heard anything so I thought I would ask advise here - I was giving a voucher with Kontakt 8, tried to use it on Lores / Fables, but the Order got stuck in "Processing" - Therefore It thinks I have used the voucher , even though I have not.
Has this happened to others before, do they know a fix or do I need to wait on N I getting back to me ?
