Cannot Activate my products

Hello,
I own Komplete 8 Ultimate Crossgrade, Maschine and Guitar Rig 7.
I have a brand new computer.
I uninstalled all my NI products from my former computer and just reinstalled them on my new one with native acess but I can't activate them.
In my native access library, in "Installed", there is absolutely no products.
Can anybody help me ?

Computer type ? , Exact OS version ? Version of Native Access used ?
Generally then you are expected to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads) , and I think that those legacy is not really supported and the old N.A. 1 is about to be EOL also or has already been declared EOL.
If using Native Access 3.x.x have you the turned on show discontinued products ?
