Any free course on how to use my Maschine MK3?
Hi all!
Is there a free Maschine Course out there where I can learn how to use my Maschine MK3?
Thank you for your help and Happy 2025!

My advice would be to start by reading the manual, then you could follow the tutorials on the Native Instruments YouTube channel. There's also the NI blog page.
Of course you could also just use Google to search for things… 😁

Well the NI YouTube has a free 3 hour tutorial. Follow along and learn the functions rather than trying to write a song. Read the manual when away from the maschine. Stuff that info into your head and when you sit in front of it hopefully it clicks. Always learn in standalone mode first.

Thank you, Paul!
I will surely check the NI YT now for the tutorial. Is there also a free tutorial where I can learn how to play live with Maschine?

There are lots of free tutorials here which I do not know if good for your particular Maschine .

Yes…
This one shows you how to use the features within the Maschine environment, while getting you used to using the hardware.
This one will get you used to working with clips and scenes…
Save them to your "Watch Later" or "Favorites" on YT, you will come back to them later on down the road…

This guy's tutorials are top-notch. He has a full course, also, which coes with a massive, dedicated flashcard system. Can't currently afford to do it, but one day perhaps.

Not free, but cheap when on sale. but Udemy also do a free 7-day trial of their sub package. Pretty sure you could sign-up for that and as long as you cancel withi the time window you'll be fine. Might be worht it if you think you can jet thorugh it quickly:

Another very valid source is @jef Gibbons channel (this is the direct link to the Maschine tutorials playlist)

I say this because I watched all his tutorials although I was already using Maschine from 10+ years knowing the ins and outs, and every time I thought “yes, that’s the way to explain it”
