Komplete 15 Select Upgrade purchased and not able to add to Native Access 2! [MK3 Owner, Dec24]

I Purchased the Komplete 15 Select Upgrade from Long & McQuade and got the Serial from them Electronically. This was after Purchasing a New Maschine MK3 from them that was supposed to come with Maschine 3 Software and Komplete Select. There was very little info on the Komplete Select Software from them or even online and within the Native Instruments Website. It wasn't until recently, Yesterday and Today, that I noticed there were differences between the Komplete Select Software Bundles, this didn't seem to be posted on the NI Website prior? (if it was, someone please feel free to correct me) I can say for fact that it certainly wasn't available in greater detail on the Long & McQuade Website because I diligently scrolled through all of the Options, including Komplete 14.

I am not able to Install the Serial utilizing Native Access 2 as it says there is an error?

Can someone please help!

    What is the error - exactly? I deal with L&M all the time and have never had any issues.

    Regarding the Select, it was only split into 3 different editions with Komplete 15. Each now is more specialised towards certain styles of music, but I think has more products as a result.

    I couldn't say who's side its on, theirs or Native Instruments, although I would presume NI due to the fact that the Software is Digitally Downloaded.

    • The problem is that I purchased a Maschine MK3 from Long & McQuade and haven't been able to install or even obtain the Software for Machine. Only the HW and some Instrument Packs were available once entering in the Product Key on the Manual/Unit/Device.
    • The other problem is that I purchased Komplete 15 Standard Upgrade from Long & McQuade and it says that there is an error while trying to utilize that Product Key (when attempting to add in Native Access 2).
      The Software Upgrade should be able to Upgrade my Komplete Select to Standard, as per their Website.

    Suggest you get this to NI Sales support to look into.

    Several things going on here which is making this complicated for a forum solution.

    Thanks for that info @red_nick , I didn't know that and I don't recall seeing any of that information prior up until the last week or so. The information is not clear at all, especially when it comes to the Upgrade Options :|. Without the ability to speak with anyone from Support/some type of Customer Service, how would one gain further confidence aside from going what is found online.

    It's hard to determine which one might need/want but that's also why I purchased Komplete 15 Standard Upgrade and would love to be able to use it soon :S :(

    I can't speak to how it is fully yet because I have had a new Maschine MK3 for a few weeks and not able to install the Software to actually be able to use it :( —> I will certainly come back with my comments after I am able to use it, which I hope is soon!

    Where else can I contact them? I've tried making 2 Support Tickets, @ someone here that I saw seems to work for NI, I have no one else that I know uses it to be able to even assist and the people at L&M that I spoke with couldn't really even help me on much more that what the Box and Website said…..
