where is support ?
I've just paid Plugin boutique for an upgrade.. 27th. you guys haven't honoured it and it won't upgrade.. speak to elliot there!!
have been contacted MULTIPLE TIMES
refund or you can upgrade it free of charge for such p!ss poor support.

I suggest you BOTHER to reply to requests instead of me waiting for 2 weeks… know that i've been a long term izotope / NI customer… deal with it or refund it…
if it had been dealt with PROMPTLY instead of mucking about … you'd not get so many requests..
your company is in the wrong OWN IT!!

very simple.. sell products that "do what they are supposed to" after purchase . then these issues wouldn't happen. I get tired with various vendors , and having to chase them up.
I did get an email today, but really nearly 2 weeks later? you wouldn't find that acceptable.. so, why should I.
… and yes i worked in pro audio in 2000.. our customers liked how we dealt with stuff, came back to us again and again. I do have an idea what goes on..
