according to native it should work, this article is a bit older but have you tried it exactly that way, i guess it is somehow similar on the mep7000:

unfortunately the setup wizard is gone and i cant find the device within the default tsi presets, that´s a bit strange

Hello, I have the same problem - traktor 4 Windows computer and mep 7000 - sep c1 and it doesn't work... I installed traktor 3 on the computer at the same time - everything works... I just bought a new HP laptop with enough power and 2 TP 4 versions and nothing works... according to the description tp4 should work with sep c1, write it in big letters on your website

Do you have a custom mapping for that unit? If so then just export it from TP3 and then import it into TP4.
