Native Access "waiting" forever? Need help with installation issue

Hi everyone! My Native Access won't install any of my instruments from Komplete 13 for some reason, and it keeps giving me the same problem. All of them get stuck on "waiting for connection" even though my Mac is connected to the internet with no issues. see attached pictures for details. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
