I´m quite concern and upset. I just bought Komplete 15 Ultimate update and the following plug ins are missing in my native access platform. They just don´t appear!

Guitar Rig 7
Kontakt 8
LO-FI-AF
Disco & Funk
Lo-fi Vibes
R&B Licks
It has already happened to me in the past that the updates for Kontankt 7 never appeared on my  platform and customer support had to sent the .zip for me. But in this case Kontakt 8 and all the plug ins in the list are completely missing!!!

Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? (things will not work if not)

The Disco & Funk, Lo-fi Vibes and R&B Licks are all LEAP expansions and while Disco & Funk and R&B Licks shows in my N.A. then Lo-fi Vibes does not but is installed in Kontakt 8 anyway. They might or might not show depending on Kontakt 8 somehow , but not sure.

If installing Latest Native Access does not help then you can try the resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Else if the above does not help then you can download KONTAKT 8.1.0 and try installing that manually (in case of a download problem then try logging into Google first or else copy to own Google drive first).

Also then you can get the Guitar Rig 7 Player using this direct download link but I am not entirely sure if that will also work as full version installer (sorry about that.)

Else if the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
