Can't Download Maschine Software via Native Access

I recently purchsed and registered my Maschine Mikro. I am following the instructions for setup, but I'm stuck on the last step. The Maschine software is not available for download in Native Access and I can't find it anywhere on the Native Instruments website. Customer support does not respond to my inquiries. Where can I find the software so I can use my device?

    I have two Maschine MK3 and I am having the exact same problem. This company is a joke. I exchanged 1 thinking that it might be faulty, but the replacement has the same issue and the other unit I bought as a gift does to. Their support reply took 6 days and they just suggested I check my version of windows and my drivers. What a disappointment.

    Jeremy will just tell you to contact support, as per all the other identical threads and posts on this matter over the last few weeks.

    Like most of us do, NI staff take a break over xmas and new year, and when they return, they will be inundated with a backlog of similar requests, so please bear that in mind.

    I'm curious to hear the answers from NI Support.
    If I buy an MK3 now, am I entitled to the 3.0 software for free or do I have to take what's included in the package (probably 2.0) and then pay extra for the upgrade?
