License transfer

Hi, my son give me their traktor controler S4pro we made the transfer to pass to me the kontrol, now the problem is how to find the software to instal it on my windows computer, downloaded active-acces_2.exe, opened the file but doesn’t show the software to install, show only controller efitor,kontact 6 player etc. any advice about what can I do to make it work??

Try resetting the Native Access XML file to see if that makes any difference , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access.

Else then it is impossible for us in the forum to know what software were base software for your unit and what were not. So if you believe something is missing that should have been added per unit transfer then contact N.I. Account Support and explain the situation .

Also be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser , depending on what you do not usually use)

Else then depending on what is the problem then contact N.I. Account Support or N.I. Native Access and Installation Support
