What do I do if the serial number for my old maschine mikro isn't visible anymore?

I have a Maschine Mikro mk3 that I havent used for a while. I was gonna start using it again, but they told me I needed the serial number to continue. Once I was gonna check for it I realized that the serial number has been worn out through the years so its gone. The only thing visible on the white stickers is half a barcorde… I'm getting really frustrated with the fact that its even possible for it to get erased or worn out. I had to make a new account and the serial number is missing. What do I have to do to use my Maschine again?

If you previously registered your Mikro, you can find your serial in NI website, under your account/My products and serials.

Otherwise I suggest to contact support

If you have already registered the serial in Native Access using another account that you have no longer access to then you will have to ask Account Support Check this article "I Have No Access to My User Account"
