Hello,
have you tried kontakt 8 stand alone.
yes its not there eithet
I can pull it in from computer file but if i close it the program is no longer there
Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ?
Else then try first resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
Then reinitialize the KONTAKT Database
If that does not work then try uninstalling Kontakt 8 from your unknown OS then try installing KONTAKT 8.1.0 (in case of download problems then try log in to Google first or copy to own Google drive first)
If using Mac then first (before above) do all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
If problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care
Conflux is present in native access and it is present in instruments category of maschine 3 but is not present in kontakt 8 either as a plug in in maschine or stand alone.
im on windows platform
Then :
(Kontakt 7/8 takes information also from Native Access)
If that does not work then try uninstalling Kontakt 8 from your unknown OS ('Windows' is not specific) then try installing KONTAKT 8.1.0 (in case of download problems then try log in to Google first or copy to own Google drive first)
then try first reinitialize the database, as @PoorFellow already posted
