Disk Drive authorization issue with NI Software

I recently got NI and Djin bass 2 through black friday and have had the issue of authorization, ive given everything full access, used the help page on what do to with this issue, reinstalled the whole program and still have the same issue. Not sure what to do at this point or where to contact someone in an email but id like help to be able to use the software i paid for!

I am on a Macbook pro from 2019 with MacOS Sequoia 15.2
