Transfer License 5 days waiting

I'm just here attempting to contact support regarding a license transfer that has been pending for nearly a week now. When contacting support via the

I received a very unsatisfactory response that simply reiterated that, in the worst case scenario, license transfers can take "even up to 48 hours". Well, barring Christmas and potential office closures (which has not been communicated, and should have been), we are now on the 3rd weekday with no ability to address the issue.

Please advise. Thank you.

    Even before Christmas holidays , where N.I. support do not work , kicking in then there were a sale going on which gave a delay on all sorts of support. Also then your "third week day" appear to me as being Christmas holidays if not in the week before this.

    Further more then the N.I. forum Customer Care that can usually check state of things is off on Christmas holidays and will not be back until January 6th. (information from post signature)

    The only advice to give you is to be patient and wait. We the Moderators are given not information about N.I. employees work schedules but it is possible that some of the N.I. staff returns to work tomorrow. (?)
