I got my powerd hub usb c upto 20w and uninstalled and reinstalled all the software and drivers and hey presto its all sorted. so even if you have multiple usb c sockets you might not be able to generate enough power like me and it keeps kicking your controller out and causing issues

There is a lot of information that you do not give here. You give zero information about software versions involved here (exact OS version ? , Native Access version ? , Kontakt version ? , Komplete Kontrol app version ?, Ableton version ?) and also screenshots of the 'problems' or DAW settings ?
Just some information : You do know that there will be nothing loaded on the keyboard screen unless that you have loaded Kontakt 7 or newer or Komplete Kontrol 3.x.x ? , and that includes in the DAW. So if you load e.g. Kontakt 6 then that will not communicate with the keyboard , for Direct Connection with keyboard you need Kontakt 7 or newer.
Also , if there is any connection problems between the keyboard and the computer then the keyboard might still not respond to opening Komplete Kontrol 3 or Kontakt 7/8.
Also try running Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol as stand alone apps first to see if your problem exists then.
Also then here are some support pages to check out :

Thanks for your time sorry for missed info. I am running windows 11 full updated, native acces 3.16.0,komplete kontrol 3.3.4, kontact version 8.1.0. I also downloaded kontakt 6 and 7 and kontact apps should i uninstall theses ? ableton 12.1.5 This works fine on device screen and all controls. Its kk3 and k8 that dont i can play instruments in both but device screen does not link up and i cant use midi to control plugins when they are in daw or standalone mode its the same. Yet the scroll wheel works to cycle through synths and plugins in kk3 on pc screen not device screen. I have some pics of midi settings and the blank controller setting . And bus device has to entrys as shown in pic is this normal. I have tried varoius usb sockets it makes no differnce. I only have 1 usb c socket and it keeps kicking me in and out. So i will get a powered usbc hub . I orderd one but amazon has lost the parcel another coming 27th now. thanks for taking the time to help me .I have alos tried midi 1 and 2.0 nothing changes

Thank you for the pictures, I am really not a S-Series MK3 expert and am also handicapped by not having a S-Series MK3 setup myself. But perhaps the pictures will help someone that knows more than me on the topic. My own impression however is that it looks as some soft of connection problem which could both have to do with the USB-C chip set problem and with the keyboard drivers.
Also then make sure that your Windows are indeed updated as you report. (you might not need the 24H2 feature update but otherwise)

When you get the hub then try to Remove/reinstall/update the keyboard drivers also : "How Can I Update the Driver and Firmware of My Kontrol S88 MK3 on Windows?"
I have alos tried midi 1 and 2.0 nothing changes
You will want to keep the keyboard at Midi 1.0 unless that you have a very specific reason for not doing so.
thanks for taking the time to help me .
You are very welcome , wish that I could be of even more help 🙂

Thanks for your help I'm pretty sure this powerd usb hub is going to sort it. As I tried usb c port with a usb cable and usb c adapter and I got a power surge warning from pc and it shut down. So I think when I use the usb c cable provided in usb c port it's kicking me out before it happens. I will be back 27th with report. Hopefully I don't have to take it back to shop. Because it's great software and keyboard
