How to install komplete 15 after purchase

ive been trying to install komplete 15 and and it wont even take the serial number after purchas, at a lost for words how many times ive went through the process and still NOTHINg. does anyone know why NA isint allowing me access?

Where did you purchase Komplete? If it was from the NI shop - the serial is automatically added to your NI acct.
Log into your NI account and see if everything is in order.
