mk3 trouble

Good morning I can't inslate mk3 on the NI application after registering the product.

It's been two days since I opened the ticket and I haven't received any response.

Is it normal?

    I assume what you're trying to say is: You've just bought a new Maschine MK3 and you're not seeing the Maschine software in Native Access. Is that correct?

    It's the weekend, so you're unlikely to get a response until Monday - plus it's getting very close to Christmas now.

    There is a sale going on which means that all Support is delayed.

    It's weekend and N.I. Support does not work weekends.

    Christmas holidays are coming up and N.I. Support do not wok on holidays either so you might not receive a response before after Christmas.

    So yes under the circumstances then that is 'normal'.

    If you want us in the forum to try to assist then please be as concise as possible. Tell us what is your exact OS version. Give us the detailed information described in short and include a screenshot of any error messages. If using a modern OS then you are supposed to be using the latest version of Native Access for your OS .
