Maschine 3

Hello, Maschine 3 is stuck on " Waiting for product scan " when i start it. If i remove the external harddrive it works but no librairies, but with the ext Harddrive it stays forever on this message.

Anyone had this issue??

    I had to clear the database a few times and rescan everything. It seems to be good now. I have an ex HDD for sound libraries.

    Most possible is that your hard drive is damaged or malfunctioning, or there could be a problem with the USB cable or the USB port. Try connect it to a different USB port or use another cable (experiment with both cases, one by one). Do a Scan Disc and/or check the hard drive for physical damage. Try to check the hard drive using a different computer. If the problem appears on the another computer too, then your hard drive is malfunctioning.

    Is it an old HDD or an SSD? Try "Reinitializing the Maschine database", instructions here in step #3:

    Look in the Maschine3 folder instead of Maschine2.

    My external Hard drive is HDD, but it works perfectly with Maschine2 software or Live or Traktor . The software is not even opening, it stays on the Maschine 3 screen and " waiting for product scan" I've tried to uninstal and reinstal but the same issue appear
