Native Access 2
Native Access 2 says to uninstall the current version of Native Access. I used NI Uninstall to do this but it made no difference. I then tried Windows 11 App uninstall but it says an exe file is missing so won't complete the process. The current version of Native Access (1.14.1) does not show the new Kontakt 8 which has been purchased despite entering the serial number and refreshing. What's the answer?

Run both installers as an Admin :
First download and install the Legacy installer from here
then reboot computer
After that then install latest version of Native Access for your OS
I hope that that works .
Else then try and uninstall Native Access and NTKDaemon again
then run the NI reg tool and remove anything Native Access and NTKDaemon
then use Windows Explorer to search your system drive for all instances of 'Native Access' and 'NTKDaemon' and delete it all .
Then restart computer , download newest version of NativeAccess for your OS ,
then reinstall Native Access as an Administrator .
If problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support . In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

The answer is - completely delete v1.14 using Windows 11 Add/Remove programs. Restart your machine
Then (and only then) install Native Access v3.16.
The NA v2 installer is not a update, upgrade or anything to NAv1.
It is a standalone installer that requires the prior version to be 100% gone before install.

Amazing how trash Native Instruments is for this… I'd would never have hit the f#%@ing install/update button had I of known this was going to be the case but we get no warning whatsoever… just product-breaking behaviour from a company that is, as always and forever, just trash.

You seem really unhappy. The stress is probably not very healthy for you. I hope you can get over this.
The good news is that NA 3.16.0 is very stable, as long as you have a stable internet connection.
Let us know if you're able to get things going again.
