How to recover a history after a Traktor crash?...

Had to force Traktor to shutdown at the end of a set and lost my track list history......Managed to recover the corrupted audio file but don´t know how to recover the track history...Is it possible to recover it?

    All History is in your Traktor folder (C:\Users\*username*\Documents\Native Instruments\Traktor), in a subfolder named "History". You will find tons of back-up files there!

    However, it is possible, since Traktor crashed, that the latest one history back up, it is lost
