Store and Load snapshot in Traktor 4 - conflict
I'm telling you about a problem or rather something that I've never solved ...
I use Traktor 4
I have a Xone K2 controller where I have mapped many effects on keys with D/W parameter settings, button, knob, Unit on etc ...
I have a second midifighter Twister controller, which I also use for effects only already mapped by DJ techtools ( instant gratification mappinìg ) , it works well.
The problem arises on snapshots!
When I use an effect on MidiFighter by recalling it with a push encoder action (store snapshot) the effect is recalled correctly with its parameters, but on the K2 the snapshot mapping that I have for the same FX UNIT bank (example FX UNIT 4) is not kept and I am forced to press the button twice to recall the parameters. In essence the sanpahot is overwritten, going into "conflict".
Is there a way to solve it permanently? I tried everything, the only solution for now was to eliminate the store snapshots on Midifighter (even if I don't like it very much as a solution)
Also, who can explain to me what "load effect snapshot" is used for, what is it for? could it be useful? I tried to use it but I don't see any improvements
Thanks

If you are also switching the FX Unit mode then it will be a hit and miss. But if you are just inserting a different effects thern there should be no issues.
Just ignore the Load Snapshot - I don't think it ever worked well - caused harm in 3.6 to all instant grat mappings. When you insert the effect it automatically loads ther snapshot.1 -
Yes, I change from Group to Single mode or from Pattern to Single ... and problems arise ...
