Didn't get any discount or Komplete select after brought M32

Well…I have to say that after 4 years, when I want to buy the Komplete 15 Standard right now, I suddenly found that I haven't get any discount of upgrade also there's no Komplete Select in my account! I brought the M32 on Allegro website, the dealer information is available on the NI website. unfortunately I can't find the order information at the time now so I can't confirm if the software was given away at the time or not….

    That is correct , N.I: have chosen to only discount the full bundles at this point in time. For a discount on an Update or an Upgrade then alas you will have to wait for a later offer.

    There's no Komplete Select in my account!

    It is not easy to have an opinion on what is the problem if you can not remember if the offer were on or not at the time of your purchase. Luckily then we do not have to be hung up on that here in the forum since you will have to address the matter to N.I. Purchase Support and see what they say. Of course you could contact seller and ask for a copy of the receipt again since N.I. might ask for that anyway.
