I've found a work around that seems to be working if I cancel the OG prompt I'm able to load Prism into Reaktor.

Thanks to all for your help.

The ones that show as "Open" are applications that can run standalone. The ones shown as "Installed" are either plugins that only run inside a host like Massive X, or they're expansions that are used by Kontakt/Maschine.

I should've added, I have Kontakt 6 player and Reaktor 6 player installed but the ones showing as installed can't be opened.

    Thanks.

It doesn't matter. If you can run it from the operating system there's no reason to run it from Native Access which is just there for downloading and managing your tools. I can run Kontakt, Komplete Kontrol, Kontakt 7, and several others directly from Native Access, but why? I just click on their icons on my desktop without the overhead of Native Access.

    What Mykejb wrote above.

Kontakt 6 player shows as can be opened (meaning it is installed already) , what exactly shows as installed but do not open ? And if it is e.g. Reaktor 6 player then can you open the Reaktor 6 player from Windows menu ? or from hard drive ? Else then do you have other Reaktor versions installed also ? And what is your file management settings in Native Access ? And what is your Native Access version =

When I launch Reaktor 6 from my desktop I get this message after clicking OK Native access is launched, then the cycle repeats on PC and Mac.

I bought the full version of Prism the Reactor Instrument, entered the serial but I haven't been able to use it after multiple uninstalling and reinstalling Reaktor 6, Native Access 3.16.0

And so the cycle continues on PC and Mac.

I've no issues with FM8 and Massive they open and work in stand alone mode and plugin mode.

what is your file management settings in Native Access ?

On Mac , did you do all the Mac users must do ? : ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : Howto Enable Full Disk Access on mac OS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats , if you did not grant full disk access initially then things might not have been installed properly,

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

Also hen do not use Clean My Mac.

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

Have you tried reinstalling Prism? I just tried it on my system here (Mac M4, Sequoia 15.2) and I had to reinstall it to get it to work as the installation paths were showing wrong in NA. I didn't change any settings, just reinstalled it from NA.

Also, do you have the factory libraries for Reaktor installed? They should contain a base set of instruments.
