Kontakt v. 7.4.2 and Kontakt Factory Lib 2 not connecting

Hello,

I am trying to load instruments from KFL2. I'm running Kontakt 7.4.2 in a Pro Tools session. When I try to load I get a message saying
"Your version of Kontakt is too old to load this file. Please update to the latest version."

There are no Kontakt updates available in Native Access updates.

Suggestions?

All Kontakt libraries were updated in the Fall of 2023 to require Kontakt v7.6.1 or higher.

If you do not get this version via Native Access - could be because of your version of Native Access (which is currently 3.16.0) OR your OS - which you did not specify. I am guessing it might be a Mac in play here
