Bought a new Maschine micro MK3 from Sweetwater. Followed the steps and installed Native Access on my new MacBook Pro M4. Tried to activate my serial at least 20 times, and am 100% confident code is correct, but keep getting an error "An error occurred while processing your serial". Created a help ticket but no-one is responding from the support team. very close to returning product. Please Help.
