The Komplete 15 I purchased includes Kontakt Factory Library 2. But there are no sounds in Kontakt Factory Library 1. How can I download Kontakt Factory Library 1? Thank you🙏

If you had a previous version of Kontakt (5,6 or 7) it should be available in Native Access to download and install. If you're not finding it in the new browser of Kontakt 7 or 8 it's normal, you'll find the Kontakt Factory Library 1 in the Classic view.
