S2 mk3 controller mapping

Hi friends, i purchased a s2 mk3 recently and found that the sync is not working properly or maybe I have not understood it. I see that sometimes the bpm fader gets stuck on the software even when I keep changing it on the s2. Please give me settings tips to get maximum out of the s2. Also if some have the mapping to use the shift key to control deck C and D. TIA

    If two decks are synced, you need to change the BPM on the master deck.

    Could also be that the fader and the software are .. "de-synced" then you need to get with the fader to the position where the software is to "collect" the position, so to speak.
