Am I being scammed by Native Instruments?
I purchased S88 mk3 bundle last week and got charged in full BUT i still do not have any communication on when i will get the product.
Anyone else on the same boat? Am I seriously being scammed right now? This is a terrible sale practice where the company is doing everything it can to get customer to pay and then … nothing …
I never got any reply from the chat customer service. The “return” link leads to no where. Basically u got my money and I don’t even know when I will get my product.
I also learned the hard way that the software product CANNOT be return … but I purchased the bundle so the only option I have now is wishing that native instrument would have mercy on me and actually deliver on the product I paid for.
I had high hopes and excitement learning about native instruments and finally decided to spend $$$ on the S88. I truly feel I’m being scammed and this company is never to be trusted.
Anyone else?

There's zero chance you're being "scammed" as that's generally bad business practice! When did you place the order? @Jeremy_NI can probably take a look at the order status.

No worries, I can see your requests in our system. I can't check the order status, I don't have the tools to do that but my colleagues will get back to you. If bought in a bundle, like in your case the software bundle can be returned as well. I understand the frustration and concerns but rest assured my colleagues will get back to you and sort it out. I've highered the priority on your ticket, so someone should get back to you soon. We're in the middle of a big sales special and our reply times are impacted.

Thank you for the help in advance! I’ll monitor my inbox for the updates. It’s so great to at least hear from someone who’s actually care about customers at NI.
As long as Native instrument deliver on what’s already paid for as well as not ghosting me, I can understand the chaotic nature of sale season.
I’ll certainly come back for additional advice if i still don’t hear back from anyone. Really appreciate it.
