Midi m32 device is stopped firmware update in progress Unable to connect to the computer. What should I do? Please help and solve.

Give it a lot of time to finish to see if it will recover, on some systems then firmware updating can take 10 hours or more , at least that has been reported with respect to the S-series MK3 , I don't know for the M32. But you would want to turn off sleep and hibernate until that it's finished or you decide that it has failed.

A failed firmware updating could possibly brick a keyboard (render a device useless). Other than that then hardware problems are handled by N.I. Hardware Support , In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care .
