Maschine+ and Reaktor 6 current version

Hi all, been away from here and the M+ for a while and have recently started coming back to after discovering the NKS collection of Boscomac devices. Such inspiring devices!

So I decided to try out Crude from the RUL that was already NKS ready, but did not get any mapping of controls or pages in Maschine. I figure I would just go into the ensemble and make the changes myself, but in the process I noticed that current Reaktor desktop version is 6.5, while Maschine+ is displaying 6.5.1. I recall that unless the version numbers are the same on both platforms, the ensembles will not work.

Any of the other users still into this side of things?

Using an Ensemble created by an older Reaktor version should be fine (and is the common use case). Otherwise you would need to re-save all your Ensembles with each update.

Edit: I rarely use user Ensembles and mostly some I created or ported myself. I wasn’t able to get some of Bosomac Effects working on the M+. Maybe they were updated in the meantime.

Of course, that makes total sense about creating with a lower version number. Here's hoping that they become aligned in the not too distant future, for the sake of compatibility between devices. Still, it was a little odd to see again and it brought up some old feelings of frustration.

Also, most of the NKS ready Boscomac collection from his website works without any tinkering. Some of them don't, which is a shame, but I don't have the energy to troubleshoot it at the moment. I would prefer things just work. I've been having some weirdness happening while editing the Crude ensemble where Maschine parameter dials are disappearing and redundant Reaktor values are generated in the first few banks.
