Cannot find The Gentelman preset in Native Instrument in reinstallation

Hi all,
I bought a Komplete Kontrol A61 keyboard a year ago and now I have changed it by a Yamaha digital piano. Therefore, I gave the Komplete Kontrol A61 to a friend.

When I installed Native Access for the firts time in my computer, I had several applications available including The Gentelman preset. However, when I tried to install Native Acces in my friend's computer I had not this preset available anymore and he cannot use the KK A61 keyboard as a piano.

Is there something I am missing in the way I am installing the Native Access? How can I install the preset in my friend's computer without paying for it again?

BTW, I don't need this preset or the Komplete Kontrol application in my computer anymore. I could uninstall, if necessary.

I would appreciate it if you could help me with that.
