I'm an owner of Komplete 15 Standard, NI website still considers that I'm an owner of Komplete 14 Ultimate, here are some screenshots

How can I fix this plz ?

Hmm. Not sure this is a bad thing.

But it appears that you have two separate license tracks here. A Standard "update" track starting from 11/05/23 and an Ultimate Track starting in 12/25/23.
