Kontakt Plugins not properly loading
Hello! I have recently acquired some NI software and had been playing around with them. I have downloaded Native Access and installed plugins like Session Guitarist Electric Sunburst, Butch Vig Drums, and Scarbee Bass and not of them properly load.
I have gotten them to load and play fine on one device. However on the second device, they are jumbled and cannot be played by clicking or using a midi device. I have multiple versions of Kontakt and they don't work on any.
In Maschine, they do load correctly and play correctly but I can't hear them. (that might just be an audio thing I need to look into but peculiar nonetheless). Any suggestions?

Did you actually buy your software and does it appear in your NI Acct? If so - installing via Native Access is simple and everything should work normally.
Would need to see a screencap of what you mean by "jumbled" (I have a pretty good idea tho)
What OS are you running? AND what version of Native Access are you using?

They do appear in my NI account and I have the latest version of Native Access. I have Windows 11.

OK - looks like a graphics issue on whatever machine this screencap came from.
For K8 - you need the following:
- Graphics hardware support for Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature Level 11_0) or higher

That being said, there aren't any graphical issues with some other plugins like Electric Sunburst or Scarbee Bass. I can see everything I should and it's where it should be but it doesn't recognize any input I make like clicking buttons or pressing inputs on MIDI controllers.

Could be because of Kontakt 8’s new GUI framework that is not part of any other product - especially the older stuff like Scarbee.
You might consider getting in touch with NI support as this appears to be a bigger issue on your specific machine.
You also have not mentioned what audio interface you are using
I say this knowing that many others are using K8 just fine without this kind of graphical glitching.

I don't believe there is any kind of NI support I can contact unfortunately. I don't see a chat line or hotline I could reach to get help with my issue. That's why I came here.
