Purchase with the "welcome voucher"

I was ordering Maschine 3 and I closed the website before making the payment of my order, but I went through and I could see it on my order history with the mark "pending payment", Icouldn´t find a way to finish the payment, now my order is not in my history and the voucher can´t be used cause it was already redeemed. Did any of this happen to someone? I am trying to contact them but only a bot and no useful answer… Thank you!
