Unable to install my products (360 PRO)
Hello, I'm not a happy costumer what so ever. You guys charged me 50$ for a product that doesn't even work. Whenever I try to install my library, I keep getting the error messages ''installation failed: review your location preferences'' and ''installation failed: review your download location'' I've spent hours already looking for fixes online, and none have worked. I downgraded to a previous version of Native Access, but it doesn't let me install the products from 360 PRO. I can't enter the serial, the only way is by using the newest Native Access it seems. That doesn't work either, I've tried changing folders, yes I've uninstalled, restarted my computer, I've reset to default folders… I tried everything I stumbled upon on forums. Side note: I don't understand how a big company like this consistently update their platform and the app fails to do even the simplest task which is downloading the library I've already spent 50$ on. I feel scammed.
