I haven't received my Komplete 15 Select via E-mail

I registered my new Komplete Kontrol M32 4 days ago. I bought it since it came with great offer, Komplete 15 Select for free. I've been waiting for it since it says it may take up to 48 Hours , but haven't received anything yet. Customer care agents takes days to reply, i asked them 4 days ago but haven't received answer from them either.

I just hope i receive Komplete 15 select and all other people receive theirs with no problem. Maybe native weren't prepared for their own promotion somehow.

I crate this post because i saw other post regarding this problem and at the end of the post they have the issue solved. I'd prefer just to receive the e-mail and not connect with support 5 times and riding post that have already been regarded!

Have you actually checked your NI account? If you registered your M32 keyboard to your NI acct - everything associated with it should go right into your account.

All you should need to do is install Native Access, login with your NI Acct and your K Select products should be listed.

Not sure what you are expecting via email. I have never bought anything in the Ni shop and gotten an email from it (outside of an purchase invoice etc).

I do not believe you will get any product serials etc via email - AFTER a hardware registration - that is for certain.

You ought to have had an email where somewhere in the email , could be at the bottom, there is a voucher to use at the N.I. site. So please check the spam filter also.

Else since there is a sale going on then support takes more time to answer and also then they do not work weekends either. But do not worry support will make sure that you will get your software even if a little delayed.
