I'm not seeing anywhere on the site to get help with this or that anyone else is getting help either. can anyone point me in a good direction?

I have been trying to do that, I have the only account on this computer and I am the administrator. I haven't had any trouble downloading any other apps or plugins, so I'm not sure what is going on with native access that is giving me trouble.
this is the message I'm receiving, any help on how to deal this would be great!
