I own Komplete 14 Collector's Edition.
When I go to my account, it shows me the price for upgrading from Komplete 11.

Ususally the prices for the updates/ugrades are for Komplete 8 to 14, can you share a screenshot? Also worth noting that sometimes our website can be erratic regarding this. The best is always to ask our support if you have any doubts: https://bit.ly/n1orders
