Product compatibility with Machine + and also NI avoiding customer support
First, I would like to know if NI deliberately avoids customer attention and support. Then, I would like to inquire through this channel, since NI does deliberately avoid customer attention, why I cannot see my DIVA plugin purchase on my Maschine+. And while I'm at it, I request that you be clearer with the specifications.

I'm not sure how much clearer they need to be. It clearly states "for use with" on the product page, and Maschine+ is not listed.
Plugins for computer software don't run on the standalone hardware. NI have never sold a plugin addon for the Maschine+ since it was first released - and Diva isn't even an NI product.
You ask if NI "avoid attention", then you claim that they do. So why ask? 🙄

Your response is incorrect and misleading. The issue isn't about semantics - it's about Native Instruments' inconsistent product specifications. For example, RetroMachine says "compatible with Kontakt" without mentioning Maschine+, yet it works on it. This shows that NI's compatibility documentation is unclear and inconsistent across their product line. The problem lies in NI's communication, not in users' interpretation of the specifications.

The only products sold separately that can be installed on the M+ are Expansions. Everything else compatible with the M+ is included with the M+.

Everything that officially works in the M+ standalone is listed in the Sounds section of the product page with an orange + icon:
For some reason Retro Machines is indeed missing from the above list but there's not a single 3rd party plugin listed there to make anyone think Diva by U-He would somehow work.
I dont know how long ago you contacted support but it sure is not instant, it can take a couple of days or more if it's sales season or a new product has been released, maybe obvious questions are ranked lower in the priority cue, not sure.

Thank you everyone for your responses. I haven't contacted support simply because I don't know how to do it. All the options redirect to forums where instead of answering you, they question the semantics of your questions and treat you as if you were a mistaken novice.

"I don't know how to do it"
You go to the main site and you click the big link at the top that says "Support". 😐️

Here's the English translation:
I wish you would apply the same sarcasm and creative brilliance with which you respond to your musical productions - you would all be renowned producers and not waste time in these forums giving useless responses to users' questions. It's no surprise to me that the "contact support" link redirects me to some kind of support. In my particular case, it redirects me to this forum where a group of jokers respond with irony and sarcasm, trying to be funny or impress their girlfriends. "Hey dear, have you made any compositions today? - No no, but I responded with sarcasm in the NI forum."
