Maschine plus and Ableton clock

Good day,

I recently bought a Maschine Plus hardware and I have read the manual.

What is the best and easiest way to sync clock the Maschine+ as a stand alone with Ableton.

Is there a USB possibility or only via midi cable through my external audio interface to Maschine+ ?
