Everything Gone!

in Maschine

Hi all. I just plugged in my MK3 to my Mac Book as usual, opened Maschine, and pressed the browser button on the MK3 top select a group and there is nothing there! when I scroll through groups/sounds/instruments etc there is not a single thing there. even the expansion packs that I payed for. Can anyone help?

    P.s. I have updated Native access and restarted the computer. still nothing to be seen

    pressed user and it works now. Not sure what the user button does but it works
